Processing Time.
All orders are subject to processing time which is separate from the shipping time, the time it takes for a shipment to reach its final destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the shipping carrier. Within 30 days after product delivery, you can request a free size exchange, or refund or exchange for a different product. . With limited exceptions, valid returns are refunded to the original payment method. Damaged/defective items will be subject to an exchange if in stock.
